How can I order?
You can order through the online shop, by telephone or by e-mail.
Due to the fact that we also sell very small items, a minimum order amount of € 2,50 has been instated.

How do I order by phone?
You can order by phone at 31 118 49 19 49. After receiving your order it will be entered it in the online store, after which you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the payment details. If I'm not able to answer the phone, please order by e-mail instead.

Can I order without creating an account?
Yes, you can. At the start of the checkout procedure you have the option to check out as guest or to create an account. The choice is yours.

Can I add something to my order?
If you want to add something to an order that hasn't been shipped yet (we have no problem opening the box but if it's gone it's gone. Orders go out at the end of the work day, usually around 4:30 PM CET), you can do so by emailing us or replying to your order confirmation e-mail.
We can enter the order for you and send you a payment link or PayPal request for the payment.

How can I pay for my order?
You can use one of the following payment methods, all are free of charge:
- iDeal (Netherlands only)
- Bancontact / MIster Cash (Belgium)
- V-Pay (e.g. Germany, Italy)
- Pre-payment by bank transfer (EU)
- Post-payment with Afterpay (Netherlands only(
- PayPal (you will need an account with Paypal, which is an e-bay subsidiary, and you can fund your PayPal account with your bank account or credit card)

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by PostNL or DHL, depending on your choice and which company offers the best rates for your country.
Your order will be packed with care to ensure safe delivery. We will strive to use as much recycled protective filling material as possible. The hard foam chips are made from recycled plastic, the soft, open structured ones are made from corn starch and are bio-degradable.
Due to individual country custom requirements we unfortunately do not deliver to the following destinations: Andorra, Canary Islands, Greenland, Gibraltar, San Marino and Vatican City State. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped on the day we receive your payment, or the next workday. This depends on the chosen shipping option and the destination.
PostNL shipments go out at the end of the day, DHL shipments may go out the next work day because we have to put in a pick-up request.
Transfer times depend on shipment option and destination. PostNL and DHL within the Netherlands: next day delivery.
Can you ship my order to a p.o. box?
Only when you choose PostNL and delivery is to a p.o. box in the Netherlands.
Can you ship my order to a different address?
Yes, that's possible. You can choose to have your order delivered to different addres (e.g. your work address) if your order is shipped with PostNL or DHL.

How can I track my order?
Just before your order is shipped you will receive the final order status e-mail with a tracking link for your shipment.
What if I can't track my shipment?
Typically, you will receive the final order status e-mail before your shipping has been handed over to the shipping company, so it may take anywhere up to a couple of hours before you are able to succesfully track it.
We can also track shipments from our accounts, so don't hesitate to ask if you are unable to track the shipment yourself.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated by the store script. When you view your shopping cart in full screen mode (as opposed to the mini cart in the top right corner), you can get an estimate of the shipping costs before entering the check out procedure.
Free shipping is available for PostNL shipments within the Netherlands for orders over 60 euros.
Due to individual country custom requirements we unfortunately do not deliver to the following destinations: Andorra, Canary Islands, Greenland, Gibraltar, San Marino and Vatican City State and countries outside the EU. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

What is your returns policy?
We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free international returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service.
Within the Netherlands, you need only pay shipping costs once, either the costs of shipping your order out to you, or the costs of the return shipment, whichever is lowest. For returning within the Netherlands you can request a return label. When you use a return label, the shipping costs for your order won't be refunded.
In addition to our returns policy, you can cancel your order with us at any time within 14 working days beginning on the day after you receive the product(s) which are subject to the contract ('cooling-off period').
To cancel your order, you must notify us by email email@example.com or in writing within the 14 day Cooling-Off Period to Just Flow, Bizetlaan 5, 4384 KP Vlissingen, Netherlands
If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please send us a message. You can use our Contact Us page, simply to reply to one of the order status mails, or mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with the name/product code of the item affected and the details of the problem, so that we may investgate this for you.
W'll examine the faulty product and get back to you with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.

You do not need to cite a reason for returning your order, but it would be appreciated if you did, as that might help us improve Just Flow.
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non refundable.
If you have ordered essences and would like to return them, that is only possible if the bottle is still unopened. Our advise is to try out one essence first, so you can still send any unopened bottles back if you change your mind about them.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
Please also note: Goods that are damaged, or show signs of wear and tear, may result in deductions from your refund to make up for any value lost.
After receipt of your return shipment you will be refunded within 2 weeks.
If you want to exchange and article, this will be seen as a new order and will incur new shipping fees.
For returns within the Netherlands you can request a return shipping label. The shipping fees will then be paid by Just Flow. In the event of using a prepaid return label you will not be refunded the shipping fees you paid when placing your order, which you normally would when cancelling the whole order. In almost all cases, however, that will be less expensive than paying for the return shipment yourself, as you pay only part of the shipping costs in most cases. For shipments within the Netherlands the rule is that you will only pay shipping fees once per order when you choose to return the whole shipment.
Because there is the option to ask for a return label, unstamped shipments will not be accepted and any incurred shipping fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.

What about privacy?
Any information you supply us will be treated as strictly confidential
Your personal information will only be used by and for Just Flow, for processing and shipping your orders and for sending you the newsletter if you have subcribed to that. We do need to supply our shipping partners (PostNl, DHL and Kiala) with your e-mail address so they can keep you updated on the progress of your shipment.
Your information will never be given or sold to third parties for commercial use, though.
In addition, from the moment you log into your account or start the checkout procedure, all data will be transferred across a secured connection. This entails that data is unreadable for anyone that succeeds in intercepting them. The same goes for the admin area of this online shop.
In addition to functional cookies some anonymous statistics are saved by the shop script, like most popular articles and search keywords.

More about product images
In most cases, especially where it concerns smaller items in our online shop, the product images are close-ups. The items seem bigger than they are in order to make it easier for you to closely examine them. In some cases multiple images are included so you can view an item from different angles and get a good impression.
The dimensions of the item are always listed in the article description so you can determine for yourself just how small, or big, an item is.
The images give a good impression of the items, but due to differences in monitor settings, the possibility remains that the colour of the actual item deviates from the images. The only adjustments that are made to images are lighting adjustment and egalising the background. The items themselves are never touched up, which may result in an item not looking its best because you can see every flaw magnified.
Sometimes the background influences the item's colour. Light and/or transparent crystals are tough to get right. On a white background they all but disappear when the background is egalised, and on a dark background, the background colour shines through.

For shipping your order, we try to use as much recycled protective filling material as possible. That may include shipping boxes on occasion, but most boxes we receive our wholesale shipments in have already been recycled and they don't look presentable enough to re-use.
We have more luck with airpacks, chips (both from recycled plastic and corn starch), cardboard protection strips, brown packaging paper and the blue, grey and yellow foam strips that we get in at my husband's business. Depending on the items in your order, the shipping method and size of the box, different materials will be used. Most of our items are fragile, so we hope you'll forgive us for putting in a few extra layers of protection now and then.
If you need to dispose of violet glass items, you can put them in the same bottle bank as green glass.
This one's here because of crystals and essences. The law states that it has to made very clear that those are never a substitute for medical treatment. Crystals and essences have more of an energetic / spiritual effect which is based on traditions and generally accepted ideas.
